The Trauma: two times I was already to visit Spain, but the traumas, I am afraid to get on airplanes, we grew up in dysfunctional families, and then those things from our childhood come and... I mean Sir: we American`s standard humans persons, raised/educated in the general public funded educational systems, is maybe or not part of the reason we can not stand, with out and amazing fascination "I can not believe this" face, some trues about the general true about our one billion of human continent... The education level of non American citizens is as good, most of the times, than ours in the states, I already realized in almost 12 years of full time travels over south, central and north Americas, ans for some reason Sir (our public/private level of  education a lot lack of great quality?), we/I get surprise because a senior lady cook in her late 60`s share very early sober thoughtful comment about her emotional estate of mind (general population minds estate maybe?) without a single sign of regret, bitterness or resentment, event when her comment is plain and simple about difficult personal matters, most of the times, we are not able to admit even in front of our loves ones or out therapist... Admiration about your humanity Misses Susana! Delicious breakfast in your table Ma`am... Emotional, Intellectually, culturally  and gastronomic delightful morning because you and your heritage...
