We are inhabitant Natives Americans Inland spaces: some cities/towns or not here in situ of them permanent settlements, but since ever play grounds/fishing/hunting vital areas needed for sustain/survival of their pr-existent human domesticated territories now days we together inhabited with them...

    0. Who wins/lost with the use of people's public money for this or that mission/operation against/in favor of who/why/what for?

    1. Are we facing/paying political/police operations in "the best public interest"?, Authorized by who/why/what for?

Or are we already facing state control about our own free public democratic narrative in vital public interest matter "business"(WATER)  with "political police"/unlawful/non democratic tactics from what kind of society?
